At Curves and Comebacks, we believe beautiful fashion deserves another chapter. We take pride in giving quality preloved clothing and accessories a second life while promoting sustainable, slow fashion.

Preloved Condition
Unless specifically advertised as brand new, all items sold by Curves and Comebacks are secondhand (preloved) and have been previously owned and potentially worn.
As such, items may display reasonable signs of previous use, including minor fabric wear, fading, pilling or other imperfections consistent with their age and condition.
Inspection & Disclosure of Defects
Every effort is made to carefully inspect each item before listing and to identify and disclose any noticeable defects, damage, marks, missing components or imperfections.
Where identified, these will be noted in the individual product description and, where possible, shown in the accompanying photographs.
While we endeavour to provide accurate and transparent descriptions, minor signs of wear may occasionally be overlooked.
Cleaning & Preparation
All clothing items are washed or appropriately cleaned according to their care requirements before dispatch, ensuring they arrive fresh and ready for their next chapter.
Sizing & Measurements
As sizing can vary between brands and garments, we encourage customers to review the measurements and sizing information provided in each listing before purchasing.
Purchasing in Described Preloved Condition
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept that:
- The item is secondhand unless expressly advertised otherwise.
- The item is being purchased in the preloved condition described and photographed in its individual product listing.
- Reasonable signs of previous wear may be present, consistent with the item's disclosed condition.
- Any defects or imperfections specifically disclosed before purchase form part of the item's described condition.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photographs and measurements before purchasing.
Returns & Consumer Rights
Due to the individual and preloved nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection.
However, nothing in this disclosure excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item arrives with a significant undisclosed defect, is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
